Is this only for interior designers?

While many of my clients are interior designers or work in the home industry, the Strategy Session is perfect for any creative business owner looking to run a more strategic, streamlined operation with high-end standards. If you’re juggling client work, operations, and growth, this session is designed to help.

How long does the process take?

The process from beginning to end can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. After our strategy sessions, you can expect to see your fully built-out deliverables within 2 weeks.

Do you offer this service virtually?

Yes! The entire Strategy Session is conducted in-person or virtually over Zoom, making it accessible to design business owners no matter where you’re located.

Is this a coaching session?

Not exactly. While there’s strategic guidance and plenty of clarity, this isn’t vague advice or mindset coaching. It’s hands-on, customized, and operationally focused — rooted in systems, structure, and actionable next steps for your specific business. Many clients will still work with a coach while engaging in operational consulting as we support the technical aspects and deeper inner workings of the business.
