That is why I have created the design plan. This is to be used with your finish schedules (the perfect ones can be found in our shop) as part of your finalized package before the kick off to construction.

This package contains all of the crucial design details, that can’t be found in finish schedules, and can sometimes get lost (or missed) in your drawing set.

This is organized by trade with a table of contents to make it easy for each trade to know where and what to look for.

All you do is plop the necessary information into the document – and viola you are one organized designer. Being easy to work with is the easiest way to get more business.

PRO TIP: you can either use this package with your finish schedules to be linked to a file in Google drive or Dropbox, via a QR code. Or, you can create a physical copy to have a master binder both for your studio and for site.
